Rental Restriction Ballots

Rental restriction ballots will be mailed out tomorrow with a self addressed stamped envelope. Please vote and mail back or drop off at ballot box 3824 Chimney Hill Dr. 

To enforce rental restrictions, the HOA will need to amend the CC&Rs with approval from the required percentage of homeowners. HOAs can implement rental restrictions while staying compliant with housing laws.
