Please use Republic garbage cans until they are removed by Republic. Those cans should be left out at the street for them to remove them. Republic Services will NOT service a Lakeshore can. Please do not use Lakeshore container until you no longer have a blue can.
We will hold our services until Republic Services has removed their containers or the 14th of March whichever comes first. Lakeshore Disposal plans on servicing us beginning Friday the 13th.
We appreciate your patience and support during this transition period. We will continue to update you as more information becomes available.

Residents,
We apologize for the short notice, but the Ridgewood Creek POA is currently working with Lakeshore Recycling & Disposal to provide trash and recycling service for our community. As part of this transition, service with Republic Services will be discontinued.
Our goal is to secure dependable service while keeping costs reasonable for residents. Additional information regarding service start dates, pickup schedules, and other details will be shared as soon as they are finalized.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to improve waste service for our neighborhood.

Dear Ridgewood Creek Residents,
As we approach the winter season, we want to take a moment to remind everyone of the important snow removal and parking policies in our community. These rules help ensure that our roads are safe, accessible, and clear for all residents during the winter months.
1. No Parking During Snowfall of 2 Inches or More
To facilitate efficient snow removal, please remember that there is no parking on streets during a snowfall of two inches or more. This policy is in effect until the streets are cleared. Vehicles parked on the street during these conditions may be subject to fines and towing at the owner’s expense.
2. Do Not Push Snow Into the Street
When clearing your driveway or sidewalks, please do not push or blow snow into the street. This can cause hazardous conditions and interfere with the snowplowing process. Snow should be placed on your property or in your yard, and not on public roadways.
3. Fines and Towing
We would like to remind residents that violations of these rules may result in fines and towing. This is in place to help maintain the safety and accessibility of our community during winter weather.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in keeping Ridgewood Creek a safe and pleasant place to live throughout the winter season. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the POA board.
Thank you, and stay safe this winter!
