Our walking trails are intended to be a safe and enjoyable space for everyone in the community. Recently, there have been concerns involving speeding e-bikes, reckless riding, and other irresponsible behavior on the trails.
Please be respectful of pedestrians, children, pets, and fellow residents when using the trail system. Unsafe operation of e-bikes, motorized devices, or any behavior that creates a hazard or disturbance will not be tolerated.
We ask all residents and guests to:
• Keep speeds reasonable
• Yield to walkers and families
• Stay alert and avoid reckless riding
• Respect posted trail rules and shared community spaces
The POA may take further action if irresponsible behavior continues. Let’s all do our part to keep the trails safe, peaceful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Thank you for your cooperation and respect for our community.
